We do 12-month lease contracts.

Once you sign the lease we'll email you an invoice. There are three easy ways to pay: The easiest is to pay securely online by clicking the link in the invoice where you can enter your credit card or debit card information into our secure online payment system. You can also mail a check to the Clinton Lake Storage Office or drop a payment in the locked drop box inside the secure fence.

That depends on how you look at it. We're already the cheapest for the quality so one might say the discounts are already baked into the price. :)
